6. Payment Terms

- 25% on completion and commissioning
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
6.2 Late Payment
We reserve the right to:
- Charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above Bank of England base rate
- Suspend work until payment is received
- Claim reasonable debt recovery costs
- Exercise retention of title over supplied equipment
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Equipment Warranty
We provide warranties as follows:
- LED fixtures: 5 years manufacturer warranty
- Control systems: 2-5 years depending on manufacturer
- Installation workmanship: 12 months
- System programming: 6 months
7.2 Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications by unauthorised personnel
- Acts of God, vandalism, or theft
